Regeneration Facial
This is a pampering facial that helps protect skin from
environmental aggressors. It’s the perfect antidote for

Micro-Exfoliation
Removes the topmost layer of skin leaving it supple and

Shirodhara
Shirodhara is traditionally used to calm and restore the
nerves, release stored emotions, and purify the mind.
It is the application of warmed sesame oil infused with
the essential oil specific to your prominent dosha. Enjoy
a constant and rhythmic stream of warm customized oils
poured over the third eye (between the brows) followed
by a gentle scalp massage and warm towels for comfort.

Abhyanga Exfoliating Massage
This massage is designed to balance the nervous system,

During the massage a light exfoliate will be applied to
the body like raindrops and will work over the skin giving
your body a rich deep healthy glow.

Ayurvedic Herbal Body Treatment
This treatment begins with a complete body exfoliation,
followed by gently massaging warm Ayurvedic herbs and
oils into the body. Warms towels are then applied and
the body is wrapped to allow the herbs and oils to penetrate
into the skin, enhancing their effect. During the wrap,
an Indian head scalp and facial massage is performed to
make the experience complete.
