Shirodhara
Shirodhara is traditionally used to calm and restore the
nerves, release stored emotions, and purify the mind.
It is the application of warmed sesame oil infused with
the essential oil specific to your prominent dosha. Enjoy
a constant and rhythmic stream of warm customized oils
poured over the third eye (between the brows) followed
by a gentle scalp massage and warm towels for comfort.
